A hard to maneuver heavy walking behemoth, the All Terrain Armoured Transport, or AT-AT, is only available for use in the Galactic Empire. Its heavy laser cannons are capable of destroying most of infantry and turrets in one shot. The AT-AT is capable of taking down virtually every threat to put up against it, even turrets. It's small laser cannons can take out a turret in three hits. The only thing on the map that poses a direct threat to the AT-AT is the Rebel Snowspeeder. However, even the Snowspeeder can be disregarded if a proper pilot is at the controls of the AT-AT. The AT-AT easily earns the title of toughest vehicle in the entire game. Its armour is incredibly durable, and its elevation from the battlefield provides a unique vantage point for the unparalleled carnage.

Trivia

• In SWBFI the AT-AT has two crew slots available 1 Pilot, and 1 Gunner.
• In SWBFII the AT-AT can instantly kill enemies by stepping on them. Not even Hero characters can survive being stepped on by the AT-AT.
• In SWBFII the AT- AT now has one crew.
• In the films the AT -AT has strong armour.
• The AT-AT can be destroyed by the Hoth Dish Turret in game but not in the films.
• The AT AT has a different colour scheme in Star Wars: Battlefront Elite Squadron.
• The AT-AT cannot be hacked.
• The AT-AT can destroyed by a Snowspeeder's particle laser cannon, though it is very time consuming and it is much more efficient to use the cable and fly it around the AT-AT's legs.
• The AT-AT looks more realistic in SWBFII than in SWBFI.
• The AT-AT is considered more of a terror weapon than anything else. Just the sight of one of them was enough to route rebel insurgeants and stop attacks. But due to their heavy structures and frames they couldn't be killed by a blaster to the armor. 
• Davin Felth a Stormtrooper from Star Wars Episode IV, the Stormtrooper that says "Look sir Droids" was once a AT-AT pilot but was kicked from the school due to him finding a tactical weakness that a single shot from an Light laser cannon can kill the AT-AT if shot at the neck. He earns his first kill by killing his commanding officer when he was at Docking Bay 94, he felt disgusted after killing Luke Skywalkers Aunt Beru and Uncle Owen for spitting on the Commander's armor for questioning about the whereabouts of Luke. 
• The AT-AT can actually bend down to within 3 meters of the ground to allow soldiers to disembark the AT-AT. It can carry up to 40 Imperial Soldiers or 20 Soldiers and 2 74-Z Speeders.
• They are so slow but heavy enough to feel their feet hitting the ground up to a mile away.
