The Biker Advanced Recon Commando Speeder was designed for the Galactic Republic and was used by all clone troopers, despite the name. It is very fast, an astounding 600 kilometers per hour, and features one slow firing laser cannon. The best way to kill with this bike, though, is to ride it at full power and run over your target. It is the republic's counterpart to the STAP. Although effective, with a faster firing blaster, it is not as fast or maneuverable as the Speeder Bike and does less damage per shot. The BARC’s role in Star Wars Battlefront I is replaced by a Republic coloured 74-Z Speeder Bike.
