Blast is a game mode featured in DICE's Star Wars Battlefront and Star Wars Battlefront II. It is the classic team deathmatch mode.
Objective
Two teams are battling each other for victory. In Star Wars Battlefront, both teams have 10 players for a total of 20 players. In Star Wars Battlefront II, both teams have 8 players for a total of 16 players.
In order to win a match of Blast, the players have to hunt down and kill members of the opposing team while avoiding being killed themselves.
The team that first reaches the score limit, 100 kills, will be victorious. The score counter at the top of the screen shows both teams' progress towards victory.
At the end of the match, the top 5 players will be shown to all players and are awarded with diffrent amounts of credits, depending on their placement. First : 20,000 Second : 15,000 Third : 10,000 Fourth : 8,000 Fifth : 5,000 Sixth : 3,000 and War Hero : 30,000
