The DL-44 Blaster Pistol is the standard issue Blaster Pistol for the Rebel Alliance.

The DL-44 is cheap to manufacture, but sturdy and reliable. It is a great weapon for standard usage. This gun will kill an average-health enemy in 7 shots or 3 head shots. This pistol is not only used by the Rebel Alliance, but also by the Temple Security Force and the Royal Naboo Security Forces.

Trivia

• The BlasTech DL-44 Blaster Pistol is based on the Mauser C96. Unlike the weapon it's based on, however, it lacks the wooden shoulder to make it like a semi-automatic rifle.
• In Star Wars canon, the smuggler Han Solo uses this weapon as his weapon of choice, but in Star Wars: Battlefront II, he uses the DL-44a Commando Pistol.
