DP-23 Shotgun

The DP-23 rifle is a type of Shotgun used by the Clone Engineer in Star Wars: Battlefront II. This weapon can kill most Separatist droid units with one headshot. The stock of this rifle is similar to that of the DC-15 Blaster Rifle and the rest of the gun is similar to the DC-15S Blaster Carbine, but with a compressed gas package under the barrel designed to split the blaster bolt into 8 devastating shots. In Star Wars: Battlefront I the Clone Engineer was armed with the DN Bolt Caster a similar weapon which operated like the ARC Caster of the Imperial Dark Trooper.

The DP-23 does not appear as such in-game. Instead it is identical to the DC-15 Blaster Rifle.
The DP-23 identical to all the other shotguns in the game, save it's apperance.
In a piece of concept art released for the Star Wars Battlefront (DICE) Death Star expansion pack. There is an Alliance soldier that is holding a blaster reminiscent of the DP-23.
