The DT-29 Heavy Blaster Pistol is a blaster pistol that was added to Star Wars Battlefront in the Rogue One: Scarif expansion pack. It's the preferred sidearm of Director Orson Krennic as well as the first blaster that must be manually reloaded. It's also the final blaster pistol added to the game by means of expansion packs.

While only able to hold six shots at a time, this firearm's high damage and fast rate of fire makes it a hard hitting choice in medium to close range combat. However, due to its low ammunition capacity and slow reload speed, it's unsuitable for fighting large mobs of enemies, making it a unique choice for those who prefer stealth and/or flanking routes.
