Overview
The E-Web Turret is a stationary weapon found on certain maps in Star Wars Battlefront. It is extremely deadly to infantry, as it's long range and rate of fire can kill players very quickly. However, unlike the Blaster Cannon power up, it is not protected in any way, and it does not give explosive damage. The turret does also overheat if fired in rapid succession without short periods of time for it to cool down.
Trivia
- The E-Web was first seen in Star Wars Episode V: The Empire Strikes Back, when it was being set up by a team of Imperial snowtroopers to fire at the Millennium Falcon as it was preparing to escape Echo Base.
- This is the only current scene that this is featured in.
Tips and Tricks
- When you use this, it's a good idea to have some of your teammates protecting you. Why? This turret is literally open to attack from all sides.
- There is a limited zoom on this turret. Use it wisely.
