Research Outpost is a multiplayer map set on the planet Kamino in DICE's Star Wars Battlefront II. It can be played in Starfighter Assault. Leading up to the game's release, it was briefly shown off during Battlefront II's gameplay trailer and Starfighter Assault trailer.

This map is fairly open, though pilots can test their skill and lose pursuers by flying in between the various platforms that populate the center of the map.
