Old Master is a Legendary appearance for Darth Maul in DICE's Star Wars Battlefront II. It is unlocked by completing the Old Master milestone: eliminating 5,000 enemies as Darth Maul.

In May 9, 2020, Ben Walke, the former community manager of Battlefront II mentioned on Twitter that the requirement will be tweaked, revealed to be lifting the restriction that the player has to use Darth Maul; now using any Dark Side Hero will count towards the milestone.^[1]

Overview

The Old Master skin is based on one of Darth Maul's appearances in Star Wars Rebels, which takes place during the Age of Rebellion era, after which time he has been stranded and abandoned, hence the tear, and already bisected and, thus being forced to use cybernetic legs in order to move.

Trivia

The name of the appearance is based on the nickname Maul gives himself to the young Jedi Padawan Ezra Bridger in his debut in Star Wars Rebels, "old master."
