It is made up from corporations who agree with the Republic . The most well known Separatist corporation is the Trade Federation who is one of the Separatist's founders . The Trade Federation however is neutral as it helps both the Separatists and the Republic . The Droid Army of the CIS is made up from battle droid's bought from the Trade Federation's own Droid Army . The CIS was destroyed at the end of the Clone Wars when the Republic became the Empire .
