Remote Rockets are quite easy to control on a PC if the player uses a joystick.
Also, they CAN damage non-vehicle units, but appear to have a very small explosive area of affect. Using the speed boost (SHIFT key on PC) seems to either increase the damage, or the area, or both (confirmation needed).
