Kota's Militia was orginally a militia created by General Rahm Kota, during the Clone Wars. He didn't want clones because he thought them to be unfit for combat, and if they are that obiedent then they can be ordered to turn ont the generals. He created his own militia from soldiers on corellia, and when Order 66 went into action, he proved his point, and he survived.
