] Hello there,
Rise of Skywalker is nearly upon us! Although DICE's Star Wars Battlefront II has switched up its cadence of monthly content updates in favor of two updates in December in anticipation for Rise of Skywalker, Star Wars Battlefront Wiki certainly has something for November!
I am pleased to mark the completion of the Name Change Project that was announced over a year ago but had not made significant ground until the past two days. Now, linking to articles from DICE's series has never been easier. Just about everything from DICE's series will be easier to find now that they are not sub-pages ("/DICE"). Want to look up one of Han's abilities in DICE's Battlefront II? Just go to Han Solo!
As part of this project, articles about a subject …Read more >
A notable change will be occurring to how DICE's Star Wars Battlefront II hero vehicle pages are titled. Pages such as Black One and Actis-class Light_Interceptor will be renamed to follow a name scheme similar to Iden Versio's TIE/ln Fighter, with the hero who is piloting the ship placed first and then the ship model after it.
This is so wiki pages are more consistent with how their in-game subjects are referred. This new name scheme should also make it easier for readers who may not be too familiar with the technical names of the hero ships to look up their desired hero vehicle.

Hello there! The Chosen One Update is fast approaching and with the unidentified large scale game mode looming on the horizon, the wiki is testing out two new wiki features, the Message Wall and Article Comments, in hopes of encouraging user discussion.
Head over to your profile and you will see the section that was once "Talk Page" is now "Message Wall." Leaving a message for a user will now create a thread on that user's Message Wall that he/she, along with you and anyone else who joins in, will be notified of any replies to that thread. Try it out by sending yourself a message.
You can now comment on articles! The goal of this feature is to encourage discussion on a particular subject. Please be aware that just like on the Discussions boa…

There are new styling templates that should help simplify to linking to games and the studios that created them:
- Template:DICE's Star Wars Battlefront
- Template:DICE's Star Wars Battlefront II
- Template:Pandemic's Star Wars: Battlefront
- Template:Pandemic's Star Wars: Battlefront II
- Template:Rebellion's Star Wars: Battlefront: Renegade Squadron
- Template:Rebellion's Star Wars: Battlefront: Elite Squadron
When you use these templates try to use so that the text itself is substituted in place of the template once the edit is published.
Hopefully these templates help.

We are in for an exciting time these coming weeks. With the help of our generous FANDOM staff, the wiki is going through a big overhaul in how its current (and future) articles are named.
As part of this initiative, editing of any articles in the next few days/weeks may be unavailable as the special bots run through our existing articles and go about renaming them. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but it is necessary for the project to proceed.
A brief overview of the project: once it is finished, you'll only need to type or search for Han Solo and it will bring you to the Han Solo of the most current and relevant Battlefront series, aka that of DICE. That means Han Solo/DICE will no longer be in use. Awesome,…Read more >
