Their weapons are usually the [[Bowcaster]] and they use [[Thermal Detonator]]s. They can build almost anything out of wood, and they helped [[Yoda]] escape from the [[Galactic Empire]], during order 66. They were enslaved shortly after, by the Empire. The Wookiees are allied with the [[Galactic Republic]] and the [[Rebel Alliance]]. |

Strategies in defeating the Wookiees
- Set up a safe point far away from combat and pick them off as a sniper. Unlike other NPCs, they don't fire back; they only dodge a sniper shot (note for SWBFI may work for two).
Trivia
- These Wookiees appear in conquest mode in all of the Kashyyyk maps, they are not playable except in hunt mode.
- In hunt mode, you couldn't play the Wookiees with rocket launchers.
- In BF1, it is possible to play as the Wookiee team (including Wookiees with Rocket Launchers) in unofficial custom-made maps or editing the mission.lvl.
- When playing BF1, the Rebels' Wookiee Smuggler's skin is changed to avoid confusion with one of the native Wookiee classes.
